The Shinshu Vitality Feast Package
【Base Price】 Starts at ¥20,000 per person (Minimum booking of 4 guests required.)
【Course Includes】
○Appetizer & Salad: The chef's daily selection of local vegetable salad and seasonal appetizers.
○Main Dishes (Choose 2): The base price includes your group's choice of one Premium (P) dish and one Standard (S) dish OR two Standard (S) dishes.
(P) Premium Options: Tempura / Shabu-shabu / Sukiyaki
(S) Standard Options: Teriyaki Chicken / Sushi / Gyoza






○Dessert: A platter of Seasonal Fresh Fruits Fruits
(I can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free requests. Please notify me of all dietary restrictions when booking.)
▶ Main Dish Upgrade Options
Upgrade 1: Premium Double-Up (P + P): Select an entire group combination of two Premium dishes (P + P) instead of the base combination. This incurs an additional fee of ¥3,000 per person.
Upgrade 2: Group Add-on (5 Guests or More): Groups of 5 or more can add a third Standard dish to the group's menu selection (e.g., S + S + P configuration) for an additional fee of ¥2,000 per person.

To ensure a wonderful and smooth experience for everyone, please review the following terms before confirming your booking.
A. Reservation & Payment
・Minimum Guests: 4 adults.
・Booking Lead Time: Please book at least 7 days in advance.
・Confirmation: A 50% deposit or full prepayment is required to secure your reservation.
B. Cancellation Policy
Fees are calculated based on the total base price of the booking:
・31 days or more priorFull refund of the deposit (less transaction fees).
・30 to 15 days prior30%
・14 to 8 days prior50%
・7 days or less prior100%
C. Dietary & Operational Notes
・Allergies & Dietary Needs: I must be notified of ALL severe restrictions (allergies, etc.) at the time of booking. Please note that additional fees may apply for special sourcing (e.g., Halal, certified Gluten-Free).
・Service Model: I conduct all cooking and food handling exclusively on-site at your location to ensure the highest standards of safety and freshness.
・Liability: Open! Kitchen! Hakuba carries comprehensive Product Liability and General Liability Insurance.
