予約時：予約申し込み後、当教室からの決済依頼メール送付から2日以内に**レッスン料金の30%（デポジット）**をお支払いください。お支払いの確認をもって予約確定となります。

レッスン当日： 残金は、現地にて現金またはクレジットカード決済にてお支払いください。

キャンセル料発生時：キャンセル確定後、当教室からの請求送付から**2日以内**にクレジットカード決済にてお支払いください。

■キャンセル・返金ポリシー

【キャンセル料】
お客さま都合によるキャンセルの場合、以下の通りキャンセル料が発生いたします。

• 予約確定後〜2日前（48時間前）まで：
お支払いいただいたデポジット（レッスン料金の30%）をキャンセル料として申し受けます。追加のお支払いは不要です。

• 前日、当日、無断キャンセル：
**レッスン料金の100%**を申し受けます。
※デポジット分を差し引いた残額（レッスン料金の70%）を別途請求させていただきます。

【返金に関する特約】

  • 提供される役務の性質上、レッスン受講後における返金には応じられません。
  • 悪天候や交通機関の運休等、不可抗力により開催が困難と判断されキャンセルとなった場合でも、食材費や準備費用の実費としてデポジット（30%）の返金はいたしかねます。予めご了承ください。
  • 当教室の都合によりレッスンが中止となった場合は、お支払いいただいた金額を全額返金いたします。

  • Transportation Expenses: For on-site/visiting lessons, actual transportation costs may be charged separately. Details will be provided individually before booking confirmation.
  • Communication Costs: Customers are responsible for any internet connection or communication fees incurred while browsing the site or making inquiries.

■ Payment Timing

  • At the time of booking: Please pay 30% of the lesson fee (Deposit) within 2days of receiving the payment request email from us. Your booking is confirmed once payment is verified.
  • On the day of the lesson: Please pay the remaining balance on-site via cash or credit card.
  • In case of cancellation fees: Please pay via credit card within 2days after the cancellation is confirmed and the invoice is sent.

■ Cancellation and Refund Policy

【Cancellation Fees】
In the event of a cancellation for the customer's convenience, the following fees will apply:

  • From booking confirmation to 2 days (48 hours) before: The deposit (30% of the lesson fee) already paid will be applied as the cancellation fee. No additional payment is required.
  • The day before, on the day, or no-show: 100% of the lesson fee will be charged. (The remaining 70% of the lesson fee will be billed separately via Stripe).

【Refund Terms】

  • Due to the nature of the services provided, no refunds will be issued after the lesson has been completed.
  • In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather or public transport disruption) that makes holding the lesson difficult, the deposit (30%) is non-refundable as it covers the actual costs of ingredients and preparation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If a lesson is cancelled due to our circumstances, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
